• Estimates & Schedules
  Estimating is the process of developing a budget and schedule of values for the construction process.  The design is reviewed on paper and an estimate is generated for the client to review.

• Site Preparation
  The first step of construction is to prepare the site for future phases involves pre-construction meetings with the client, mobilization, demolition, excavation, gradeing, and utility installation.

• Installation
  The hardscape phase refers to the construction of the man-made components of the project.  Our talented craftsmen construct much more in addition to walkways, walls, fences, water features, pools, decks, buildings, trellises, lighting, irrigation, site furnishings, and sculpture.
  
  The softscape phase shapes the space with earth and plant materials, enlivening the space with the color and texture of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, lawns, and meadows.
  

• Project Completion
  The finishing touches that transform the area from a working construction site to a beautiful space include cleaning up the site, installation of site furniture, and decorative elements, providing specific maintenance requirements, and a final walk through with the client.
